Are Business Immigration and Employment Immigration the Same?

Business immigration law and employment immigration law are closely related areas of immigration law, but they focus on different aspects of immigration related to employment and business activities.  Although similar, they focus on different aspects of the immigration process and goals.  While business immigration law and employment immigration law share some similarities and may intersect in certain cases, they generally focus on different aspects of immigration related to business activities and employment opportunities.
