What services do you offer?

We handle affirmative immigration matters: family-based petitions, humanitarian relief, employment and business visas, green cards, and naturalization. We do not take removal defense or courtroom litigation.

Can you represent me if I live outside of Tennessee?

Yes. Because immigration law is federal, our attorney is authorized to practice immigration and naturalization law in all 50 states and U.S. territories pursuant to 8 USC 1292.1. Most of our work with out-of-state clients is done virtually.

Where is your office located?

3102 West End Avenue, Suite 400, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. Appointments are required — please schedule before visiting.

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Yes. Virtual consultations are available to clients anywhere in the country, so you can meet with our attorney without traveling to Nashville.

How much does it cost?

Your initial intake call is free. A full consultation with our attorney is a flat $125 fee, credited toward your retainer if you hire us. Case fees are flat and quoted before you commit, so you know the cost of your matter before any work begins.

How long will my case take?

It depends on the form, the service center, and your category. USCIS publishes current processing times, and we give you a realistic estimate for your specific case rather than a general one.

How can I contact you?

Call 615-899-2866 or email info@cbimmigrationlaw.com. You can also book an introduction call online at any time.

What makes you different?

We focus exclusively on affirmative immigration work, build a personalized strategy for each case, and give an honest assessment of fit before taking you on. If we are not the right firm for your situation, we will tell you.
